Before any calculation, we conduct comprehensive site surveys. We document existing conditions, photograph MEP spaces, and map constraints that won't appear on any initial drawing set.

LOAD ANALYSIS & UTILITY SIZING
Multi-trade load calculations, performed in-house. Equipment and service entries are sized to actual demand — from BTUs to Amps.

SCHEMATIC DESIGN
